Full design, build, finance and operation of new main entrance or refurbishment of existing building to incorporate retail outlets.
Advice
We can provide traditional agency work for Trusts to help them find the right tenant, achieve the best rental income and advise on the lease terms. Furthermore, we can advise on location and space requirements based on the existing hospital estate.
Design
We design facilities which sit comfortably within existing, often complex buildings. We work closely with the Trust to design the optimal layout to ensure it is a vibrant area and the tenants have good footfall.
Build
We build new facilities on time and on cost, with the minimum inconvenience to the smooth running of the hospital.
Finance
Our model is proven with our 12 years of experience. We have a library of precedent documents which we can draw on and a long-term relationship with our funders.
Operate
We let the retail units and cafés to good quality retail operators familiar with the hospital environment and we take the risk of void periods. We maintain and repair the facilities and we will be the principal contact for the Trust.
