Gentian was appointed in early 2009, to advise North West London Hospitals NHS Trust on a refurbishment of the retail and visitor catering facilities at the main entrance, outpatient and maternity departments of the Hospital. The brief was to deliver a scheme that was modern in appearance, ecologically sound and also achieved a high level of rent. Gentian advised the Trust on legal and technical matters, involving the layout, overall design, service issues and co-ordinated the tender process with retailers to achieve best value. Gentian ensured that legal formalities were completed timely and the new facilities opened in the Autumn of 2009.
